* graphviz http://www.graphviz.org/ to enable graphes with the nitdoc tool
* libunwind http://nongnu.org/libunwind
- * gperf http://gnu.org/software/gperf to enable mapping from C to Nit function names in a stack trace
Those are available in most linux distributions
